Early Hotpoint 8596 Mistral F/F. Evap fan wont run

This F/F is one of the original frost free ones ( customer said she paid £700 for it) and the evaporator fan wont run. The motor is O.K. but there is no mains feed getting to it. There isnt a save button so the test mode wont work. The freezer temp reaches -18, but still no fan action. Is there anything else I am missing or can it only be the control module? Thanks

Called back today to repair W/M and also to fit the thermistors to F/F. To my surprise she had bought a new F/F, much to my dismay. Thanks anyway Simon46
