    Hi, having probs with my machine, think might have a blcokage but can’t get filter opened, is there a special way to do it for this machine?? easilogic 1100. Thank you. 😀

    You will probably have a hair grip or similar jammed in behind it.Unplug machine and disconnect the pump from it’s housing.This will allow you to clear any blockages and then unscrew the filter.Have some towels ready to mop up any water.
