Done a job for this clown of a letting agent. A month later he still hadn’t paid and wouldn’t answer phone calls or emails, until he finally answers a call to apologise for not answering and to tell me that Aerospace were being funny with money owed to him, not my problem, but he promised to sort it out asap. Since then he’s ignored a solicitors letter and left me wondering whether to pursue him through the courts. A**hole. 👿
