Ecozone and Method Laundry Detergents

Has anyone tested the Ecozone and Method laundry detergents and found them any good?

On the BBC tv program ‘Shop Well For Less’ Method didn’t fair brilliantly and came out the most expensive.

Typical if these ‘eco’ products TBH, they cost a fortune for tree huggers to feel good about themselves.

I’ve never seen the programme.

They are expensive I agree and if they don’t give the desired stain removal end up being a waste of money.

What do you personally Recommend?

Loose powder detergent, bleach based for whites and non-bleach for colours and synthetics. NEVER use liquidtabs as they are wasteful especially in soft water. Brand wise, Formil (Lidl) or (as recommended by Which?) Almat (Aldi). Both very cheap and very very effective. :tup:

I’ll give the Aldi a try then. Never been keen on Ariel if I’m honest especially the smell and since Ariel Ultra I think stain removal is poor.
