Hi
Ken produced a good guide here on how to edit your product groups etc. If you need to change any postcodes you will need to pm or mail Ken directly as only site admin can make these changes.

I think Ken has removed access permissions for that facility? I can’t edit mine now either.

It can’t show all the company son the map and, TBH, that’s not the point of the thing. 😉
The point is that when a customer searches they find local repairers relevant to the repair that they need. Customers have little interest in browsing the map as you can’t see if the companies do what they need.
It wasn’t built for repairers, manufacturers etc. browsing to see who’s in the area. 😉
You need to follow the instructions here:

To login and see what’s what on your account. You must login from the homepage, even if you’re logged into the forums or you won’t see the menu item that allows you access.
You cannot access this from the forums at all. Only from the homepage.

Moments later and I now can…magic.
Incidentally, in engineer search when you type in RG26 1AA (a Reading postcode) the map zooms in on Bournemouth….very odd! 😕

It zooms in on an area, it will break up more as you zoom in. But, with so many companies listed it was the only way to do it and give some sort of display.

Okay, this is as rough as a rough thing from Rough Town but, I hope it helps explain what you can do…

And, I do have a full licensed copy of Screenflow but I obviously didn’t bother to register the copy on this laptop. 😕
I was in a hurry.

But, did that give you what you were looking for?
That little thing there, being able to edit your own details and status is, how can I put this, important is best I guess. But, more than that, there’s more we’re coin with that functionality that will come into play in time so if you have issues with it please let me know.
Aside from generating work from the public there is the ability for it to store a lot of information and give manufacturer’s, WP’s et all a lot more info when looking for repairers and, guess what I consult first when anyone asks?
Point is, the info is there. To look anywhere else is a hassle.
