Hi all, I am posting regarding my Electra 37527 condenser tumble dryer. Although it goes round it does not heat up. We have changed the thermostats (as this has happened in the past) but to no avail and its still not getting warm. Has anybody got any ideas as to what else could be wrong? and if it can be fixed or should i start looking for a new machine, many thanks !

I’m sure you asked for help with this dryer before in another thread didn’t you?
Anyway, if you’ve changed the stats then from here on in it gets complicated. Naturally someone with electrical knowledge and test equipment will need to check the element, the exhaust stat, the float switch and even the timer to locate the source of the problem.
