Hi the freezer is all iced up round the sides and top of the evaporator. also the pipe coming in through the back of the freezer is iced upped too inside. Is this a system fault or a defrost fault. there is water in the evaporator tray so i assume it is defrosting.
Re: electra fridge freezer.
Most likely a defrost issue but you need to let us have the model number to get a clearer answer
