need pcb, its the type with the bulb holder incorporated,(but not the Brandt type) merloni produced by the looks of it, what are the chances?

is the fridge dead ? they were prone to the blue square plastic capacitor on the pcb going o/c maybe worth popping in a new cap to the old board?

no, it starts for a second and then cuts feed to the comp
