Does anybody have a door latch for this machine? It’s possible the original kit with the square chrome handle came with two latches – a longer one and a shorter one. The kit available now for the Philips AWF682, (Connect DOR4661 or Qualtex DT56) has what’s probably the shorter one and doesn’t operate the interlock.
