electra tumble dryer 37526e user manual required

got a second hand tumble dryer with ‘E’ and ‘e’ automatic settings. anybody know where i can get a manual so i can figure out what these settings are for?

alternately, anyone know who Electra’s parent company is? i can’t seem to find a website or reference to this company anywhere…
