Electra washing machine

Hello,
We have washing machine Electra Dynamic System whit has problem in electric part (electric panel, keyboard).
We live in Greece and here in service centers say that they do not know this brand (Electra) and they can not to help us.
May be we can to get some help from you?

Electra in the UK was used as a brand name for the electricity boards only from memory. The washers were generally Creda or Kelvinator (Candy in disguise) in my experience of them. 😕

Is there any chance it’s been deported from the UK and do you have a model number?

the electra washing machines was made by various manufacturers,hoover,creda,servis,merloni etc,the machine you are refering to with a keyboard was made by servis,it had 2 versions the model numbers were- 6900E AND 6950E.I hope this helps

Difficult to know where to go with this. IPX 4 is something we see on the back of Indesits quite regularly, however the rest of the label appears to be in German – Schleuderdhzahl is “spin speed”. So we appear to be dealing with a low specification machine, which means it should be simple – no computers.

The best thing to do might be to give an outline of the problems you are having and see if a bit of logic can solve it for you.
