Main oven in TricityBendix (Manufactured by Electrolux) cooker is Fan assisted (Manufactured by Electrolux). Recently the heating element failed which has been replaced. Following the replacement the oven did not reach the indicated temperature confirmed by an in-oven thermometer and Infra-red probe. The thermostat was replaced without any improvement, following which the fan has been replaced as has the thermostat for the second time.
The oven reaches 80degress at indicated 100 degrees, at indicated 200degrees the oven temp is just over 150degrees. To get to 180degrees the indicated setting on the oven controller has to be 230degrees.
We have had an engineer out who is at a loss to solve the problem. Any thoughts gratefully received .
Cooker details are Production No. 948522122: Model No. SE556SV.

Re: Electric Fan Oven not reaching temperature

Unless the incorrect thermostat or heating element have been fitted I cannot figure it either? (Do note that you usually have to allow the oven thermostat too ‘cycle’ on and off up to 3 times before the ideal temperature is maintained)
