Hello everyone,

My name’s Boz and I’m a final year student. I am doing my dissertation on sustainable design of an electric kettle and would like to gather your responses in my survey to support my project development.

Re question #4. We never get any limescale in this very soft water area.

We’ve used a jug kettle here in a very hard water area for decades and limescale has never been and issue either.
