electric oven wiring

    hello i have an electric oven beko d533a it has 6mm cable on it i am wanting to no if i can take that cable off and put a new one on but i want to move the cooker to the other side of the kitchen i would need about 4meters of cable is this ok to do or not safe thanks for your help

    On the assumption you are connecting the other end to an existing (minimum rated) 32amp isolation switch? If that is the case then it should be OK to do so as long as it is a single supply circuit and (most importantly) is protected by a 32amp MCB.
