Looks as if we may have picked up some inspection work for the TA guys as well doing inspections on behalf of power companies. 🙂

£50 a pop is what we’re going for! 😀

Then paid to repair plus mark up on parts if required.

Deal is, a full report plus photos of the failure must be provided.

Good thing is that they often get a whole bunch of them in one street… can anyone say, ka ching.

Here’s hoping it comes off.

We weren’t looking for it, it just fell into our lap due to contacts and if they want any admin, central invoicing et all done that carries a charge over and above the base rate.

Good one,

I get about 8 calls a week like this from SES but for a bit less. £43.00 per inspection and if it can be repaired charge them full retail on parts and labour so you get paid twice for the same job. They also give me gas installs at £65 + £20 for gas hose and £110 for two men to install a range or double oven.

If I could do this work all day I would be a very happy man……

I used to get some of this thanks to my old contacts from by E.Board days.

I heard something regards the South West and perhaps this is some of it. Can you elucidate?
