    I have an ElectriQ EDD8L dehumidifier that only reads “35” and then shuts off when started. I would like to test the humidistat, but I can’t get into the unit beyond taking out the water tank, removing the filter cover and the top panel with the electronics on it. Has anyone succesfully repaired one of these or knows how to open the unit up? I’ve removed all the screws I can access but nothing budges

    not seen one of these but if you cant get spares there is not a lot you can do

    as for taking it apart they hide screws in all sorts of places
