electrolux 14450w washer/dryer fault no power

Hi Thank you for reading my post
i have a electrolux 14450w washer/dryer and after my wife took the last load of washing out about an hour ago the washer now will not work at all
we checked all doors and trays were closing properly and checked the filters and turned the washer off at the mains several times to try and clear the memory but it still refuses to work.
its at if there is no power but i know there is because if you turn the dial backwards the display illuminates but no digits are displayed.
if you turn the dial the normal way you get nothing and also no red leds light up or anything
would be really grateful if someone has had similar problem and can help

No simple fix I’m afraid. You’re gonna have to lift the lid and get in there to find out. Could be a bad connection between the 2 circuit boards a likely suggestion.

Is the model number EWX14450W by the way?
