hi am looking for the left and right bottom glass clips that hold the inner glass in place ? cant seem to find them in stock anywhere . even on the zanussi site . anyone know where can get 2 ?

well tds show a production date from 28/4 /2015

Best thing is to get the customer to contact lux customer services and moan at them that this part is not available and it can only be a max of 8 years old. if you can find a reciept to get the purchase date all the better

site shop will be the same, you only stock whats needed

its a absolute disgrace . having to throw out a good working oven . because of two tiny plastic bits . no wonder the enviroment is fecked 😡

that why i said ring them but not you the customer. they want her/him to buy another one and they wont do that if the old one has to be scrapped early
