Electrolux dishwasher- ESL7220RO – continuous draining

I attended this dishwasher, the pressure hose from the sump came loose and flooded the base. The anti flood float wasn’t even operational as the installation was quite bad, one Of the legs is bent and caused the tray base to warp. The flood water simply poured onto the floor hence the anti flood device did not activate. I replaced the sump hose and the Temperature sensor as that was leaking also.

now the dishwasher appears to be stuck in anti flood mode. The floodwater hasn’t even touched the float at all so I can’t work out what’s the problem.

i really don’t like these type of dishwasher as I’m rarely successful on fixing it. Is it a bad design?
