A friend of mine in the trade has asked me to put this post up so Im a bit limmited with information.
I have been informed of an Electrolux dishwasher (fairly recent model) that pulses mid cycle. I think its a simular thing to the zanussi dishwasher with the decalcifier on the L/H side and the wash pump that fits at the back which reverses to drain.
Mid cycle it makes this pulsing noise???? Perhaps like the electronic Zanussi ones make when the door is opened and then closed mid wash??
Never had this one myself and like I said before Im limmited with the information but Im doing my deed and putting up a post to keep ppl happy.
Any feedback would be great.

A lot of these have electronic speed control on the circ motor these days – it will pulse the motor up to high speed quite regularly. If it pulses as in juddering the whole machine, you need to be looking at the electronics. Of course, a model number would be useful.
