    On selection of any program, pressing the start button results in Error being displayed and the press ot start button flases. There is no error number displayed. I don’t even know how to drive the blooy thing. Customer said the dog ate the instruction book.

    Any info on this machine would be welcome?

    Thanks for the information it was a great help. I ended up with an error code of EC7. The pump was connected and working OK on bench test. It looks like the Pump Triac is faulty. I am assuming that the triac is located in the main circuit board? Could be an expensive job.
