I don’t know the unit so am working off of the diagrams here.
Do you have a neutral to BR7 on the PCB?
If the unit had reversed polarity to the diagram I would suggest a relay failure to BR1/BR2 or blown cut out.
From the diagram it appears to be a double oven, does either oven work, what about motors and lights?
Can you post a decent quality photo of each side of the PCB (I would like to be able to read the writing) in which case I may be able to give you a couple more pointers.

Hey Jem, i don’t have pcb pics sorry the interface display lights up and all the functions can be selected , grill, top oven ,defrost, main oven etc , but the top oven and grill will not start to work nothing it looks like its in according to the interface but no motors or elements are being powered up, the main oven works fine as do the hob plates , i cant be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} but it seems to lead back to the main pcb power board there are 2 boards near the 220v incoming supply positioned on the rear of the main oven cavity i can find a live going out but no neutral, there are also 3 hob area boards but i think its safe to say that if the main oven control is ok then the top oven /grill func is ok too its all touch control stuff

According to the diagrams the hobs are effectively a separate appliance with their own control and power PCBs which means that we can ignore them.
I take if from what you are saying that the lower oven works fine and that it is just the top oven that has failed.
The elements share a common live connection to each other which comes through a 180C thermal cut out from BF6 on the PCB (this is controlled by one relay).
The neutrals for the elements are individually switched by relays on the PCB, the neutral connection to the PCB is fed in on BF3 (a different connection to the one for the main oven).
Have you checked the PCB for dry joints? It would be strange for 3 relays to fail at once.
If you have checked that the wiring is as stated above and the PCB joints look good then I would double check the sensor.
The top oven sensor is the same type as the one for the main oven so it may be worth quickly swapping them to confirm that it is not a sensor issue.
If none of the above works then I can’t help you any further without photos as that is as deep as the diagrams go.

I have enough trouble helping you fix appliances without adding your computer issues to my list, sorry. 🙁
