    Hi this oven is completely touch control and the top oven main oven and grill work fine but the hobs don’t seem to want to come on , the touch control registers your touch the all the lights go out , small hob will work a bit better than the large ones but still intermittent ?

    Not had much experience with These touch controls but I’m guessing they are in 2 parts hob and oven control ?

    If it were me then I would extol the virtues of Service Force who, with their vast knowledge and greater access to spares, have a better chance of sorting it. From your description it’s either a board fault (very likely) or connection between the touch sensor board and power board.
