Got the above fan oven that runs ok for about 15 – 20 mins then the oven cuts of, if you open the door and leave it for a short time it switches back on and runs for a while again, any suggestions what it might be, the thermostat of the klixon?

    Thanks

    Hi Andy,

I would say it’s probably the Klixon that’s faulty.

    Hi Andy,
probably the 210 one. The 90 one looks like it controls the cooling fan on top of oven. Sorry didn’t look properly at TDS disc before.LUX 3302934017 from Masterpart £13.44 + vat. Have you taken the oven out and run it, till it cuts out ❓ You could then test the Klixons to see which one has cut out. ❗

I’d say it’s more likely to be the cooling fan control device thingy :).
Part no. 8996619267611, very common fault and easily replaced.
Situated behind the control panel, remove a couple of screws from the top and all will become obvious.
Did one this morning on that very same model.
