Electrolux EOB944/W1 Cooker

I have an Electrolux EOB944 oven with a fault. The unit fails to operate. Power is present and the clock/timer operates. It is NOT in automatic mode (at least according to the display/controls it is not). The oven lamp does not light (bulb has been checked and is OK), the fan of the oven fails to turn, the element does not heat, the grill does not work, the control panel cooling fan fails to operate.
Is there anything I can check to make an accurate diagnosis? I suspect the timer/controller has failed and if this is so, it is probably uneconomic to repair. However, I have limited income so cannot afford a replacement!
Can I bypass the controller/timer to at least prove that is/is not the problem? Can I get hold of a wiring schematic? If it is the timer, how much is a replacement likely to cost?

have you checked that voltage is getting to the timer unit

check circuit from supply block, also check themal fuse
