    Hi, customer called saying appliance is cutting out and showing fault code F4, any ideas guys, there is no bullett type toc in this appliance.

    i have two versions of this oven

    prod code 94418261400 and 94418269600

    have a service manual for 600 model

    oven have a fault code 40 which is oven temp exceeds 330 degrees without door locked

    Thanks for that Dave pnc is 944182614, from what you say am i to assume that the door lock on l/H side could be at fault or is customer not closing door correctly.
