Electrolux ERF 2831 freezer not working

I would appreciate some help – the freezer on our fridge/freezer an Electrolux ERF 2831 has stopped working. It will get cold but only down to about -7C. The fridge is still working okay. We are thinking of moving so don’t want to spend a fortune on replacing it.
1. Would it be worth trying to get it repaired?
2. What could we replace it with, I’ve tried to find one but am not confident about getting it right.
It is in a cupboard 56.5cm wide, 179cm high and 57cm deep is this okay?

Also could anyone suggest someone in the Stockport area who could repair or install a new one.

From the info on the net I gather it’s an integrated fridge freezer with doors to the front, 70:30 split fridge to freezer, frost free and probably about nine years old.

For a repair you could try the find an engineer function here the same engineer should be able to help you source a replacement if it’s required or point you in the right direction.
