electrolux ern2820 not cooling

Hi I have an electrolux ern 2820 the compressor is running but fridge not cooling.the condenser is staying cool the compressor does get warm, not checked the thermostat as not sure how to remove from fridge, any help appreciated, Steve

For a strart you don’t need to check the thermostat as its functioning, you said compressor was on, the function of thermostat is to switch on (&off) compressor.
Are you sure the compressor is running, is it hot to touch?
If compressor running, normally the condenser should be getting warm to, may need to get refrigeration engineer to look at it if compressor running but condenser not warming.
