    The above dishwasher fills a little,pump comes on but does not circulate. Water cannot be seen over the bottom of the dishwasher. Is this a problem with the water fill level or pump ?

    PS..also noticed door can be opened with drain pump running at beginning of cycle. Is this normal for this model ?

    There are two versions of this, have you got the PNC ?
