electrolux esl 6114 wont fill

hi guys went to this baby 3 weeks ago power to the solenoid but not operating , fitted a new solenoid alls good , got a call last saturday from customer to say same fault again went out same story power to solenoid ( diaphram type) but nothing happening shut water supply and removed valve couldnt see anything wrong blew into the pipes , cleaned out connected to it machine back on with water supply hey presto all ok , another call today same fault anyone shed a bit o light on what might be happening cheers pnc 911841111/00

ok i found some info here about the iwms , this one looks ok but i didnt see the hoses behind the kickplate they could be gunged up

Thats got an anti flood type solenoid on it so its more than likely shutting off due to air pressure sensed in the little hose, this activates the valve not to let in water.

Check fill matrix/iwms for blockage.

yeah Seamy , when i blew back into the hose that connects to the diaphram on the solenoid it had water behind i could hear the bubbling , does this mean theres a problem with the iwms /matrix , there are 2 other solenoids in the bottom of the iwms , they were buzzing away
