Electrolux ESL 6115 not draining

Hi
Can anyone tell me why my dishwasher does not drain?.
Just started having this problem.
It is about 9 months old and is still under manufacturers gaurantee but as it is so close to xmas, they say their systems are down!!!!.
It points to the pump I think, but I have read all reveiws on here to try and find a solution but nothing for this model.
Any help you can give will be appreceiated.

It’s either the pump has failed or it’s blocked normally.

Either way will require an inspection of that area, just remember to keep the plug out :zap:

You may also invalidate the guarantee by taking it apart yourself I’m afraid 🙁

I thought as much, no blockage in the trap or pipe.
Thanks for your quick response.
Guess I will have to wait until next year!!! for them to sort it.
