Electrolux ESL 63010 (BUILT IN) wont turn on

Moved in here with my housemates a month ago and the dishwashers playing up.

Last week the thing wouldnt switch programmes, but that turned out to be because it hadnt finished its cycle, a housemate had opened it half way through. Closed it and left it and after 10 minutes it started and finished its cycle and it was fine.

Then yesterday it just wouldnt turn on. Its strange because if you hold the power button down the lights come on and it behaves like normal. Then second you take your finger off power to close it the dishwasher turns off. :(. I swear I remember a click when you depress the power button though? There isnt one, the button depresses cleanly. Thinking its hopefully just a busted power button?

Little bit stressed about it, landlord will flip out if we dont get it sorted. Brand new kitchen.

I know how to set it, it wont turn on to give me the chance to set it! 🙁

Fair enough, I suggest you don’t mess with it yourself. Time to ask your landlord to get someone in to fix it for you.
