The door just drops i.e. No spring resistance, just been looking at the Electrolux mediator, I can see a picture of the door hinge and spring but can’t see where the top part of spring attaches too, so doubt if hinges are faulty, possible spring and whatever parts the top bit is connected too.
any pointers would be welcome. john
