    whatever program I use on my Electrolux esl66010 at some point in the cycle it switches to the intensive program ( which I have never used ) I have to open the door up and cancel the program. Does any one know why it is doing this and is it a problem I can deal with myself?

    Best to post the Product number, (9 digit number beginning 911…..), there are 33 ESL66010s listed

    Thanks Seamy, I have now found the product number, it is 911936234/01
