    Hi, I’ve had a quick look at a friends oven but I’m at a bit of a loss. There is no power to the oven, doesn’t heat and nothing on the clock. There’s also no power to the ignition for the gas hob. Is there an obvious thing to try? Thanks

    The ESOM WH which is a single oven which is completely separate to the hob which suggests its not the appliances

    That’s what I thought as they’re both wired seperately. I’ll get her to get an electrician out. Thanks for the confirmation.
