electrolux EWD14091

EWD 14091, 91460123500.
This machine was installed in a empty flat and never been used,
Display not working ( cannot do dianostig )
Dryer running all the time, Programme Knob has no affect,
I supose its the PCB, But its a expensive part. I would Like to be sure.
Any one had this problem.

dont know about this model, but if it appropriate then check that the blue wires on the multiplug are properly secured to the pcb. also if it aint been used for a while make sure that all connections havent got a build up of corrosion where plugs and connections are on circuit boards. i also hade one where i5t hadnt been used for so long that there was a build up of white oxidation on the motor carbon holders. a quick clean up and it was o.k

check the dryer heater insulation…or disconnect the dryer cables……could be low insulation heater……normally ED4 in diagnostics

Thanks,But checked low insulation on heaters, All OK
And all connectors.
Which do i order, PCB or Display board,
I dont wont to be stuck with a expensive part i will never have a use for.
Come on you Zanussi Engineers you most of come across this fault.
