What might be problem, when washer blow up house fuse?

Not certain of the wiring specs or regulations in Finland but when any appliance blows a fuse then its a matter of checking all the components for short circuit or insulation/earth faults.
Heating element and main motor would be the first place to start. although that looks like a recent model you also need to check the wiring loom if all components check out OK.
