    Hi folks,
    Ive just emailed for trade access so possibly this wont get looked at but i’ve just come across an Electrolux EWN 14780s.
    When powered on, the pump runs continuously..

    I rean the diagnostic mode on the machine and it came back with a C11 ??
    Is this a communication error on the PCB?

    I checked all the other components and everything seems sound…

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Error codes are displayed as E– and there are lots to choose from. I can find no reference to “C” codes.

    Hi.

    Penguin is right. Error codes begin with E, not C.

    If it is E11, this is a water filling problem.
