    machine starts any prog then just stops, sitting there with the start light flashing. Any ideas please?

    With this beast it’s essential you check the error code displayed in the window or the flashing Start/pause button changing from red to green. Accessing diagnostics is generally the only true way of finding what error code is likely to have occured…..best of luck! 🙂

    Hi.

    Check the dry heater. If below 40 Meg, change it. You will most likely find ED4 in the memory which will usually be as a result of this very fault.

    Ditto what TSD said. Also you can simply disconnect it and machine will wash.
