Had it for about 5 years. Yesterday I was jumped out of bed on a thudding downstairs. I couldn’t imagine what it could be but sounded like the house is about to fall apart 🙂
went to see – found the washing machine doing it on the spin. The drum seems to rotate OK, washing and drain operates as usual but when it goes to spin it making thuds on each spin as if something very heavy actually hits the floor.
The rubber between the drum and the machine body became twisted (but still doesn’t affect the drum rotation).
Need a practical advise – does it make sense to fix it or is better to buy new (I bought this one for about 250.. I went on the internet and it seems that a decent integrated machine costs over 400.. kinda large jump in just under 5 yrs)..
