Electrolux EWX14440W washer unlisted fault

Went to an Electrolux EWX14440W integrated washer tonight (PNC 914 602 300). Brand new, but out of warranty (the builder went bust!).

Whatever one did, the START/PAUSE button would just flash green. Any program you selected (and we tried them all), the LED display would have all the correct symbols and program time, appearing to work perfectly. The START button would stop flashing for one second as though initialising. Then it would just resort to flashing and nothing would happen. No door lock, or door locked light. But no fault codes either. Not a sign of a fault code on the display, ever. But no activity.

Any suggestions on this one?

Motor damp? Unplug it and see if machine starts to work. If not that, could be another component down on insulation or the interlock/board damage scenario.

But why no error codes?
Is this sympton a low-insulation-resistance thing?

I don’t know for sure, I’m just going by what I’ve found on similar Zan/Aeg machines coupled with years of vaguely remembered posts on here!
I’m an owl that sometimes wishes he were a lark! Got plenty to do tomorrow and ain’t gonna feel like gettin’ up.

Hi i think you will find it is the dryer element that is at fault way to double check is to disconnect wires from element and try it then 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure that is fault
