I wonder if anyone could offer any advice on this Please?

The freezer drain hole keeps freezing up & then ice forms on the base of the freezer, so then water leaks onto the floor when it does auto defrost.
Manual defrost has been carried out & the drain hole cleared, but the fault returns within a month or so.
