With the freezer door open, air is blowing up into the fridge, close the door and the fan stops.Customer complaining that fridge not cold enough and there is ice build up around freezer door even though its a tight fit – any clues please?

ice build up on freezer evaporator stopping air flow, remove covers in freezer, de ice check heater and thermal fuse .
