Electrolux freezer not freezing properly

My fridge /freezer ER80341 was turned off for a while and then restocked and turned on again. The fridge works fine but the freezer does not freeze properly although the bottom floor of the compartment and walls are cool. The fan is not turning. Is this likely to be a thermostat problem or over-stocking? Or worse? Appreciate any suggestions 😕

I doubt it’s a thermostat problem to be honest.

More likely is the fan motor or the defrost timer.

Power off if checking yourself or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer to check over for you 🙂
