Electrolux fridge freezer

I bought an electrolux fridge freezer, model number: S85628sk1 in particular and have had a ton of problems.

Every time i have contacted the company regarding high tempreture issues, they have sent a repair man a few weeks later to repair the fridge freezer but soon after they leave the problem comes into play again.

Ive been having these problems for one and a half years and it appears every 2 months or so. Electrolux were not very helpful and I have had to push very hard to try and get someone to finally fix the problem.

They have refused to replace the fridge freezer and have been suffering for more than 18 months of food going bad.

So be careful buying Electrolux problems, big name, cheap product and bad customer services.

Maybe you could explain what problem’s you’ve been having ( I know you said high temps but where?) and what repair was done each time and maybe we can assist :con:
