    Type B-257726. Fridge warm, freezer cold. Have totally defrosted, still the same problem. 8 years old. No trouble until now. No physical damage. Would like to troubleshoot and repair myself. I have a multimeter. Could you indicate what may be wrong or indicate which components should be ruled out first. Thanks for any help. Noel P.

    As I have had no reply to my query, I decided to junk this supposed fridge/freezer. I have had a lot of trouble with Zanussi/Elecrolux appliances in the recent past. It is unlikely I will purchase this makes again. The appliance is now in the recycle scrap heap.
