    Hy, I’m Damir from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bihac city.

    The problem that I have is Ceran plate. After some time they hear the relays and then come error E8. The device was developed for the Swiss market. We are an authorized Electrolux service but we have no information about this device. What could be a error 8? All voltages are ok.

    what’s filter board? I replaced all the capacitors, connectors cleaned but the problem is still present. thanks

    Yes that’s the touch panel.

    The other board is the filter board I’d imagine.

    The main PCB next to the fan.

    If you are an “Electrolux agent” how come you don’t have access to this information anyway?

    Filter is relay board? This is pic of second board:

    our system doesn’t have information about this device, i don’t know why. Maybe because plate is produced only for Swiss market.

    I didn’t see fan anywhere.
