❓ An electrolux integrated slimline esl424 is behaving in a similar way.
Sometimes tablet partly dissolved and remaining in the dispenser.
Sometimes most of tablet lying on bottom of dishwasher partly dissolved.
Customer reports that when she hears the sound of tablet being released and falling out of dispenser all goes well. However this now happens rarely.
It seems as if the dispenser flap is staying shut for too long.
    Is this possible?
    Any suggestions much appreciated

Moved to the trade area Tom 😉

She hasn’t got a D/W freshener hanging on the front of the upper basket by any chance has she ? 🙂

    thanks Dave. 😀
Nothing hanging, arms rotate freely, Flap is always open at end of cycle.
She has been using the A prog which incorporates a prewash.
💡 I have asked her to try using B or C as the dispenser flap opens immediately on these.
Awaiting her observations. Neverthe the less I would like to find out why the intermittent behaviour.

Probably underfilling then. It’s a “blue tubes” machine – clean them out and the horseshoe hose underneath. The extra water entering will allow the top rotor to operate properly, thus clearing the soap dispenser.

    Cheers,
    Chris.
