electrolux oven cold + how long to deliver parts?

Hi our oven tripped out the MCB, on powering it back on, the fan is on but no heat… I presume its this http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/product_ … cts_id=543 (model no EOB944W1)

Seeing as i am ordering this, which bulb shold i also order?

Final question – how often do you send out parts? We are moving house next Monday!

Yep, that’s the one, same day/next day dispatch normally depending on the time the order is placed.

The bulb will either be the 15w or 25w small one, check the existing one, it will be stamped on the glass normally but if you’re not sure, order the 15w one 🙂

parts arrived really quick! BUT…

Fitted the new heater element and it sticks out about 7mm further than the old one 😯 This means i cant screw the cover back on as it is touching. Also appears to be about 5mm wider than the old one too…

The invoice says “ELE14106” and its def a EOB944W1 Electrolux.. Any advise before i call in the morning… 😕

Hmm, this is becoming a nuisance (sorry not you, the elements ;))

I already changed supplier of these due to exactly that problem, they weren’t manufactured particularly well but these new ones seemed OK as we’ve sold a few and not had any comments but perhaps there are some among these that are also a problem :haier:
