electrolux oven cuts out

hi guys we have a problem with electrolux eob6630b oven. The grill or oven will work for about 20 mins then it turns of, but the lcd display still stays on any ideas ❓

these ovens use a delay relay to turn on the cooling fan and they fail quite a lot

it is situated in the top of the oven and consists of 4 wires going to a blue device about 1 inch long ( follow wires from cooling fan) you will find a brown burn mark on it
